Greubel Forsey QP À Équation
Greubel Forsey has redesigned its perpetual calendar QP in the new QP à Équation. With a 43.5mm 5N red gold case and a 'chocolate brown' dial, the timepiece features a full perpetual calendar, tourbillon and equation of time, operated via a bidirectional crown. The watch is paired with a hand-stitched alligator leather strap.
The dial features gold-tone hour markers and hour and minute indicators, all coated with Super-LumiNova luminous material, ensuring excellent legibility at all times. There is a small seconds between 7 and 8 o'clock. The perpetual calendar display is located at 5 o'clock, showing the day, date and month. The dial also displays leap year, power reserve and 24-hour indicator.

The Manufacture's '24-Second Tourbillon' at 10 o'clock is tilted at an angle of 25 degrees and takes 24 seconds to complete one revolution. It features gold weights and titanium cage bridges. The working of the mechanism can be observed from the front and the back.
On the back of the watch, the “Equation of Time” complication can be seen through the glass bottom cover, showing the time difference between the current solar time and civil time. The seasons, solstices and equinoxes are marked on the ring around the complication. The current year is displayed on the back using a four-digit aperture.
The Greubel Forsey QP À Équation watch has a 72-hour power reserve and is water-resistant to 30 meters.
